Now popping up inside The Creamery, Sweet Revolution brings a limited-time menu of desserts and frozen treats led by Chef Tracey Marionneaux, Red Rooster Overtown’s former Pastry Chef. Inspired by her Chicago roots and the flavors she grew up with, Chef Tracey’s pop-up is a love letter to nostalgia, family tradition, and her grandmother “Sweetie Pie,” whose spirit lives on in every bite.
