Temporarily Closed

Red Rooster Overtown is temporarily closed for the fall as we make new investments in the restaurant, with necessary repairs, renovations and updates designed to enhance the guest experience while preserving the unique character, history and deep connection of the Clyde Killens Pool Hall to Miami's historic Overtown community. 

We have always been more than a restaurant. It was created as a gathering place that celebrates Overtown's extraordinary cultural legacy through food, music, art and community. Our investment represents our continued commitment to that vision and to the neighborhood we are proud to call home.

We expect to reopen in early December 2026, in time to welcome Miami and visitors from around the world during Art Basel and Miami Art Week.

We are grateful for the continued support of our guests, neighbors, employees and community partners during this pause. We look forward to welcoming everyone back and sharing more about what's ahead for Red Rooster Overtown in the coming months.
